• Returns that have not been pre-arranged will be refused as we have no way to track where they came from

• The goods must be in their original condition so please ensure they are packed carefully - take a photo just in case before shipping

If you have ordered the wrong item and wish to exchange it, we will pay for the collection of the original item from within the mainland standard cost shipping area. Otherwise, a small delivery charge will be deducted from the refund. There are no other charges.

If there is a fault with your item, we will pay for the collection of the original item whilst replacing it with another new one.

Delivery Costs

In mainland UK, around 98% of deliveries arrive the next working day between 8am and 6pm if the order is placed before 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. For some areas of Scotland and most islands, the service will be up to 72 hours (see below).

Unfortunately, due to post-Brexit changes, we're currently unable to deliver some orders to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland as standard. Please do contact us before ordering to discuss.
